General
Leading
Edge will accept returns for any purchase made online within 30 days. You
can either mail the return to:-
Allowing for and processing time it may take 2-4 weeks to
process your return. You will receive a refund of the value of the CD less
any shipping cost. The shipping cost of forwarding the item to our head
office will be payable by you.
Damages
Damaged or non-functional stock will be replaced or the amount,
including shipping will be refunded to you. The cost of mailing the item
to our store will however, be payable by you.
Should you wish to exchange the item at our store you will need
to bring the invoice with the ordered product, to the store. The store
will exchange the faulty item for the same title, a similar value item or
credit note.
In store returns
If
you return an item to our stores you will have to bring your invoice as
proof of purchase and to determine the amount of your refund/exchange.
Upon returning the item you will receive a credit note or refund for the
cost of the item as per your invoice (excluding handling & shipping
cost). You can then apply the credit towards purchasing an in store item
of your choice.
Advance orders
Orders placed in advance for upcoming releases are billed once
the order is shipped. Any return of this item will be treated as above.
Cancellation of orders
A
cancellation of an order will be treated as a sales return as described
above.
Shipping of
Backordered items
Items ordered when showing the status
"Backorder Only" are not currently in stock at our suppliers' warehouses.
In most cases it is possible to obtain these items within 5 working days.
In this case orders can be expected to arrive within 10 working days of
ordering .
Other items are more difficult to source
and may take between 5-6 weeks to secure. Members will be kept informed of
any delays and given the option to cancel and select
again
