Delivery Time |
| Leading Edge Music uses a combination of Australia Post and local
couriers for all deliveries shipped within Australia. The estimated time
to deliver this order is . Most Australian orders can be expected within 2-7 business days . Leading Edge
state that they usually arrive in 3 days unless notified by e-mail. In
some cases this time may be lengthened due to the product being
unavailable at our own, or suppliers warehouse. In this case a longer
delivery time will be indicated above and we will confirm delivery times
via e-mail. |
| Please note that in the case of multiple items, Leading Edge may ship
products as they become available. Consequently, your order may be shipped
to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of
the number of separate shipments sent. |
| We strongly recommend that you check your address prior to finalising
your order to ensure the goods are shipped to the correct address and that
you are charged the correct shipping fee. An additional shipping fee will
apply if goods have to be reshipped due to incorrect address. |
| The estimated delivery times indicated are approximate, please note
that there may be a delay in shipping during Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers
Day and Christmas as these are peak periods. In addition shipping may be
delayed by public holidays: |
| In the unlikely event that your parcel is shipped and subsequently
becomes lost, our insurance requires that we must wait 60 days from
shipping date to be able to deem goods "Lost In Transit". We suggest that
you contact us as soon as you become aware of such a situation. We will
then trace the parcel for you. |

Taxes and
Duties |
| We are required to place a Customs Declaration on all goods shipped to
customers outside Australia. The declaration will disclose the correct
monetary value of the content. |

For customers receiving goods outside Australia, import
duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country's authorities.
These duties cannot reasonably be ascertained by Leading Edge when
purchasing goods on our website. Therefore the recipient of the goods
is responsible for paying these duties to the local country's
authority. |
